Bellevoye Blanc 70cl. Case
Bellevoye Blanc is the prestigious expression with a sweet wine finish, in Sauternes barrels, of the innovative Triple Malt French whiskey, created by the houseBellevoye. Like its Blue variant, it is made by precisely combining three of the best Single Malts in France from different regions of the country, North, East and Southwest.
Jean Moueix and Alexandre Sirech are two recognized figures in the high-end wine and spirits sector in France, also linked to prestigious Bordeaux houses such as Pétrus and Duclot. Both decided to combine their experience and passion to create a brand that would revolutionize the French whiskey market. Although the barley base whiskeys come from different regions of France, the company and its development and refining center are headquartered in the region of Charentes, in western France.

Winemaking
The production of Bellevoye Blanc stands out for fusing the tradition of the French Triple Malt with a unique refining technique in barrels from one of the most prestigious sweet wine appellations in the world. It is based on national raw materials grown in France, selected for their purity and quality. The entire process is carried out without adding peat, with the aim of preserving a clean, elegant profile dominated by fruit and finesse. Three different Single Malts made in three key regions of France are combined.
Each of the three base whiskeys matures independently for a period of3 to 8 years in oak barrels within their respective distilleries of origin, acquiring their primary structure. Once the first stage is completed, the distillates are transferred to the brand's cellars in Charentes. There, master blenders carry out the assembly, uniting the three components to achieve a perfect balance between freshness, body and roundness. After blending, the whiskey passes into French oak barrels that previously contained Sauternes (the famous sweet white wine from Bordeaux).
These barrels retain traces of fine lees from wine fermentation. Slowly degrading in contact with whiskey, they transfer complex sugars, a creamy texture and deep notes of nuts and spices. The whiskey rests in this environment for approximately 6 months.
Finally, the liquid is adjusted to an alcohol content of 40% ABV using pure spring water, ready for final bottling.
Tasting notes
View:
Aged and deep gold, with beautiful reflections of topaz tone that denote its passage through sweet wine barrels.
Nose:
Broad, rich and complex, dominated by dried fruit aromas including currants, dried apricots and dates. Presence of acacia honey, fruit jam and notes of candied orange peel. A warm and spicy background where vanilla, cinnamon and a subtle touch of ginger stand out.
Mouth:
Extraordinarily unctuous, silky and enveloping thanks to the influence of the fine lees of Sauternes. The characteristic and subtle bitterness of malted barley perfectly balances the natural sweetness and roundness provided by sweet Bordeaux wine, unfolding layers of ripe, juicy fruits. Long, persistent and sweet. It leaves a warm and refined trail on the palate, crowned by comforting notes of toasted almonds and hazelnuts.
Food pairing
Thanks to its unctuous profile, balanced sweetness and the complex notes provided by the finishing in Sauternes barrels (dried fruit, honey and candied fruit), Bellevoye Blanc is an extraordinarily gastronomic whiskey that lends itself to sophisticated pairings.
