Heaven's Door Tennessee Straight Rye 70cl.
Heaven's Door Straight Rye is one of the most appreciated expressions of the Heaven's Door range. Unlike the brand's bourbon, here the focus is on rye, which provides a more spicy and complex profile.
The brand takes its name from the song "Knockin' on Heaven's door" and the bottles incorporate designs inspired by metal sculptures created by Bob Dylan.
The label has a very special artistic meaning because it reproduces a real work by Bob Dylan, a wrought iron door created by himself in his Black Buffalo Ironworks workshop. A motif appears associated with a spur integrated into the composition of the door, differentiating it from the other expressions in the range.
The doors represent the idea of transition, travel and freedom, concepts very present in Dylan's artistic and musical work.

Winemaking
It is made following the classic style of American rue whiskey. The base raw material is rye as the main cereal complemented with corn and malted barley.
Traditional sour mash type fermentation in which part of the previous must is used to stabilize the pH and improve consistency between batches. Its distillation is carried out in continuous stills and a clean distillate is sought but with sufficient character of the cereal.
Aged in new charred American oak barrels for several years in traditional Tennessee warehouses
Tasting notes
View :
It has a tone between dark honey and polished copper. Bright and clean
Nose:
Aromas of sweet vanilla, caramel and honey. Well integrated toasted oak and hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and toasted nuts.
Mouth:
Smooth and silky entry with flavors of butterscotch, vanilla, sweet corn and toast. The oak is present but balanced. With a medium-long finish with persistence of vanilla and toasted wood with a light touch of black pepper at the end.
