Heaven's Door Tennessee Straight Bourbon 70cl.
Heaven's Door Straight Bourbon is one of the best-known whiskeys of the brand created by Bob Dylan together with the sector entrepreneur Marc Bushala. The brand takes its name from the song "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" and the bottles incorporate designs inspired by metal sculptures created by Bob Dylan.
The sculpture that appears on the label is a reproduction of the wrought iron doors, designed and welded by Bob Dylan himself in his Black Buffalo Ironworks workshop.

Winemaking
It follows a fairly traditional bourbon process, but with some details that give it its own personality. Like all bourbon, it contains at least 51% corn. (70% corn, 22% rye and 8% malted barley). It uses the sour mash method, which consists of adding part of the wort from a previous distillation to the new batch to maintain consistency and pH control.
It is distilled and aged entirely in Tennessee and unlike many others, this bourbon does not go through the maple charcoal filtering process, so it is legally presented as Bourbon and retains more intensity of flavor.
Matures a minimum of 5 years in new charred American oak barrels. It is not subjected to chill filtration, so it preserves more oils and aromatic compounds, providing greater texture in the mouth.

It has a tone between dark honey and polished copper. Bright and clean
Nose:
Aromas of sweet vanilla, caramel and honey. Well integrated toasted oak and hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and toasted nuts.
Mouth:
Smooth and silky entry with flavors of butterscotch, vanilla, sweet corn and toast. The oak is present but balanced. With a medium-long finish with persistence of vanilla and toasted wood with a light touch of black pepper at the end.
