Description

PREPARATION

Grapes: 100% Premier Cru Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.

Champagne Vollereaux established the winery in Pierry in 1933, a town classified as Premier Cru and located in the heart of the Champagne region. This village is particularly known for the work of the monk Jean OUDART (1654-1742) who dedicated his life to the cultivation of vines and the promotion of Champagne wines throughout the world. For this reason, they decided to make a Champagne exclusively with the vines planted in Pierry: Vollereaux Cuvée Célébration Premier Cru. Its six years of aging on lees in the cellars give this Champagne a great complexity of flavors, brioche, peach in syrup, pineapple. The great delicacy that characterizes Vollereaux is fully present.

TASTING

View: Bright gold color. Delicate and regular bubbles.

Nose: Intense and harmonious. The aromas of red and black fruits, flourishing signatures of the black grape varieties (Pinot Noir and Meunier) are intimately intertwined with nuances of white fruits and exotic fruits, elegant imprints of Chardonnay.

Mouth: The delicious minerality of the Pierry Premier Cru, on the southern slope of Epernay, gives way to a sensual, deep and sweet generosity, embellished with exquisite pastry notes, an expression of the beautiful maturity of the cuvée obtained by 6 years of patient aging.
