Number 0 Vodka 70cl.

Number 0 vodka is made with grain and water naturally filtered through the limestone floors of the distillery in Cognac. They then round it off with a final filtration to achieve greater fullness and shine. It ends with a three-column distillation in a copper still. The wheat they use (Triticum aestivum) is the same one used to make bread and the most suitable for distillation. This is where the difference and its finesse come from. It is 100% wheat which gives it that neutral character characteristic of French vodkas. The grain is ground into flour, water is added and mixed under pressure. During the operation, the starch in the grains is transformed into sugar and later into alcohol. Fermentation lasts about 40 hours. It ends with a quintuple distillation in a three-column copper still. Any type of impurities are removed using organic carbon filters, generally made of birch or apple wood. And water filtered naturally through the limestone floors is used. Thus, they lower the graduation to 40º.
