Description
PREPARATION
Grape: 70% Viura, 30% Malvasía The estate from which the Viña Pomal Blanco grapes come from receives Atlantic and Mediterranean climatic influences, a fact that allows the varieties to obtain a strong aromatic expressiveness. The soils in which the vines grow are alluvial, deep and fresh. They have abundant pebbles and are of the silt loam type. After the harvest, the grains are transported quickly to the winery so that they do not lose their characteristics. The grapes are destemmed and macerated with their skins for six hours before being pressed. Aged for 4 months in French and American oak barrels.

It has a pale yellow tone and metallic sparkles.
Nose:
Intense aromas where white fruit, such as pear and apple, is intertwined with hints of fennel and a subtle background of toasted notes.
Mouth:
It surprises with its softness and freshness, while offering an aromatic and complex character. Its voluminous texture and crisp finish make it unforgettable. Service temperature: 10ºC
