PREPARATION

St. Petroni Blancois made in small batches following a meticulous selection of the best Albariño vintages from the Padrón Valley, an area blessed by a unique microclimate. Vinification on lees allows us to obtain a different character both in smells and flavors as well as in texture of the wine base, on which this excellent vermouth is made. Albariño wine is macerated with 29 meticulously hand-selected native herbs, deeply rooted in Galician culture and not usually found in other vermouths, such as absinthe, Pimienta de Herbón, Padrón... This perfect proportion of the authentic local grape and the selected botanicals define the personality of St. Petroni. A unique vermouth in which past and present are macerated together.

TASTING

View:
Pale yellow color with greenish flashes. Balanced anatomy, great crystallinity with surprising brilliance.

Nose:
High intensity and marked varietal character, with mineral touches, where notes of citrus fruits and very fresh herbs bathed in white flowers that are wrapped in elegant aromas of an old pharmacy stand out.

Mouth:
Balanced, structured and very fresh. With well-defined volume and powerful acidity, its pleasant softness stands out at the same time. Long journey, where a broad and elegant aftertaste of spiced caramel stands out. Great complexity and multitude of nuances.
