PREPARATION

Lustau has been a pioneer in producing in Jerez a surprising white vermouth full of nuances, from a dry, mineral and crisp Fino and a sweet and floral Moscatel, both of which come together to give life to a vermouth that represents the richness of the Sevillian lands. And then the mixture is macerated with the following main botanicals: Marjoram, which gives it citrus and balsamic notes; gentian, which reinforces astringency; rosemary, to provide freshness and a herbaceous touch; chamomile, which enriches its aromatic nuances; and wormwood, which provides the characteristic bitterness of vermouth.

TASTING

It is reflected in the glass in a dense platinum yellow.

Nose:
Floral, citrus and herbaceous, with almond notes and a subtle mineral background.

Mouth:
Deliciously light and refreshing. With a markedly bitter and dry finish, in which the Fino notes prevail.
