Segura Viudas Brut Rosé 75cl.

PREPARATION

Grapes: Trepat, Pinot Noir and Grenache.

The Trepat provides the freshness of the fruit, the aroma and the finesse. Grenache enhances the flavor. The Pinot Noir grape gives it a spicy touch and aromatic intensity. The Trepat is macerated for 24 hours between 12 and 14 ºC; The Grenache is macerated for 12 hours between 16 and 18 ºC and the Pinot grapes are macerated in the trailer during transport to the winery. The maceration of the grapes is carried out with the skin to achieve the color and extract all the aromas of the grapes. The mixture of this Segura Viudas Brut Rosé is made with seven different wines made with the three grape varieties and aged for a minimum of 12 months. The first and second fermentation are carried out using selected own yeasts. These yeasts give the final wine its identity.

TASTING

View: Light and luminous pink color, with a pale edge. Delicate, abundant and consistent foam that rises to a good crown.

Nose: Youthful fruity aromas of strawberry, currant and grenadine.

Mouth: Refreshing palate, full of cherry and with a slight acidity. The soft aftertaste provides a delicious, affordable balance to this very easy-drinking cava.
