Winemaking
It is based on sugar cane grown under the tropical climate of Costa Rica, characterized by its high sucrose richness and a marked fruit and vegetable profile.
The fermented cane juice or honey undergoes a rigorous double distillation process. Traditional copper alembics pot stills are combined with distillation columns. This technical duality allows the aromatic complexity and natural nuances of the cane to be preserved, while achieving a clean, balanced distillate free of aggressive impurities.

Finally, it undergoes a careful filtering process to remove any trace of coloration, resulting in a completely crystalline liquid with a silky texture, bottled at an optimal alcoholic strength to highlight its freshness and finesse.
