Octopus, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and chilli.
Preparation:
The octopus with which this preserve is made is obtained by fishing in pots in the Galician Rías. It is "scared" by submerging it in boiling water and letting it cook for the corresponding time, and then giving it a touch of grilling with the garlic. Once packaged by hand, it is watered with oil previously used to brown garlic.
