PREPARATION

Grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.

Since its founding in 1785, the House of Piper-Heidsieck has demonstrated its innovative prowess in selecting and blending exceptional wines. The pursuit of excellence and breadth of vision are reflected in the entire range of champagnes created by chief winemaker Emilien Boutillat, which serve as a guarantor of the Piper-Heidsieck style. Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Sublime is a blend of 3 varieties from over 50 Crus and with a minimum of 25% reserve wines, this Demi-Sec Champagne undergoes exceptionally long aging of a minimum of 36 months on the lees after at least 6 months from disgorgement, to ensure exceptional richness and velvety texture.

TASTING

View: Pure gold color.

 

Nose: Fragrances of vanilla, rum, tropical fruits and roasted pineapple that are gradually released.

 

Mouth: Elegant entry and intense flavor of cooked fruits, from gently flambéed pineapple and orange to slightly caramelized pear, which delight the palate in a deeply soft embrace lined with praline.

 

Recommended temperature: 8-10ºC.
