Description
PREPARATION
Designed for bartenders by bartenders, it is one of the few tequilas that includes the Tahona method in its process, a tradition of more than 500 years; The agave is macerated with volcanic stone, which provides a much more intense flavor and highlights the aromatic properties of the plant. Traditional distillation from the Jalisco area of blue agave, water and yeast. The agave is picked by hand and slow cooked in a traditional oven. The tahona stone is used to grind it and copper stills where it is distilled after fermentation. The agave is grown in the lands of Los Altos, Jalisco in Mexico.

Nose: Fruity, slightly citrus and sweet aromas.
Mouth:
Herbaceous notes of cooked agave and slightly citrus aroma of lemon-lime. In addition, sweet notes appear. Balanced, long-lasting and very pleasant aftertaste.
