The Pisco Alto del Carmen Reservado is the classic Pisco Moscatel. Pisco is the only spirit or brandy in the world made exclusively with pure grape juice or must. It is a great liquor designed for pure consumption, in bars and fine cocktails.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Pink Muscat and Muscat of Alexandria.
The grapes selected for the production of Pisco Alto del Carmen come from the valleys of Huasco, Elqui and Limarí. The muscat grape skins are carefully distilled in discontinuous cycle copper stills, and then stored and matured for 9 months in American oak barrels. The brand owes its name to the commune of Alto del Carmen, located in the upper sector of the Huasco valley, in the southern area of the Atacama Desert, where pisco grapes are grown.
TASTING
View: Medium and bright amber color.
Nose: Muscat aroma, with balanced toasted notes, highlighting caramel and dried fruits.
Mouth: Sweet, round and balanced. Notes of muscat and toasted wood persist until the end.
Recommended temperature: 7-12 º C.
