PREPARATION

Pacharán La Navarra is made following the recipe of the Belasco House since 1831, exclusively with fresh sloes from Navarra macerated in alcohol and star anise. The sloes come mostly from Navarre plantations controlled directly by the Regulatory Council of Pacharán Navarro. The alcohol, for its part, comes from the best quality beet molasses. The sloes are macerated in anise and depending on the evolution of the bluish fruit with the alcohol, both in color and taste, both sugar and anise are added. The resulting mixture is filtered to separate impurities and obtain a homogeneous mixture to the consumer's taste.

TASTING

View: Intense red color with light brick tones.

Nose: Intense aroma evokes a unique, authentic, fruity combination of nuances and contrasts, also easily highlighting the anise nuances.

Mouth: It has the characteristic fruity flavor of pacharán and the sweetness of the liquor is cushioned by the acidity and bitterness that it gives to the fruit. Softer thanks to its sweet palate, which reduces the astringency of the fruit.
