PREPARATION

The Fraise des Bois liqueur is made from the infusion of strawberries of different varieties, including wild strawberries, in a neutral alcohol. Maceration is carried out in rotating stainless steel tanks. Finally, the strawberry infusion is mixed with sugar, alcohol and water, then filtered, analyzed and bottled. Founded in 1919 in Alsace, Dolfi is dedicated to the production of high-end fruit liqueurs. In 2006, the company was bought by Jean-Pierre Cointreau and then joined the family group of France's great distilleries, Pagès-Védrenne, which produces the most awarded liqueurs in the world.
