Description
Winemaking
Grapes: 100% Pinot noir
Gentle crushing to obtain the flower must, light maceration for a delicate extraction of color and primary aromas. Desludging by static and cold method. First fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic conversion. Second fermentation in the bottle with MCR (rectified concentrated must) and selected yeasts. Minimum aging of 12 months on its lees.

Nose:
With character of fresh red fruits and floral notes, on a bed of yeast and lightly toasted bread
Mouth:
It is complex, tasty and round. Informal and with flashes of youth, but serious and with good balance at the same time. Small bubble and very well integrated
Recommended temperature: Between 7 and 8º C.
Food pairing
Add sensations to a Sunday meal with a rosé appetizer with an Iberian board, a carbonara with guanciale and free-range egg or a focaccia with cherry tomato, Provençal herbs and arbequina from Mallorca.
