PRODUCTION
IBZ 48 is made with the purest grain alcohol through a double distillation of juniper berries in a copper still with a touch of thyme flowers and citrus peels, to obtain a marked dry and balanced character, Ibizan, characteristic of the singular quality of Ibiza's plants. The entire process, from the selection of plants and fruits, their distillation and bottling, is carried out at the Familia Marí Mayans Distillery located in Ibiza -Montecristo. The production is artisanal, verified and scrupulously reviewed by the distillery's agri-food quality department. The bottle, with an unmistakable design, recalls an airport check-in label, adding small details such as the geolocation of the island of Ibiza and an explanation of the production process of IBZ 48 Gin. The bottle is completely transparent with blue tones at the top and at the base. It features an acid etching that imitates thyme floral motifs, reference elements both on the island of Ibiza and in the Marí Mayans family.
TASTING
Appearance: Crystal clear.
Nose: Very soft aroma despite its high alcohol content, with slight notes of thyme and citrus.
Palate: Clean and dry flavor.
