Finca Dofí 2023 75cl.
A great wine from Vineyard Classification that is born on steep slopes and terraces of Finca Dofí, with vines mainly of Grenache and Samsó (Cariñena) from three different places: Camp d'en Piqué, Baixada and Coll de Falset. It always stands out for its round tannins that, together with the fluidity of the Grenache, exalt an indescribable fleshiness, grateful vitality and pure life.
In this vintage it offers immediate enjoyment. Its consumption is optimal until approximately 2040 if it is kept in good conditions. It is recommended to decant.

Winemaking
Grapes: 95% Garnacha, 5% Cariñena
Completely manual harvest. Fermented with part of the grapes without crushing and in oak vats with native yeasts. With a maceration of 36 days in oval oak foudres and large barrels for 15 months.
Tasting notes
View:
It has a bright cherry color with a violet rim.
Nose:
Floral and perfumed in character. Bright aromas of violets, red currants and wild herbs are perceived with a touch of mint.
Mouth:
Medium bodied, with the expected freshness of cherries and notes of blood orange. Spicy notes are also perceived and the tannins are more evident. Long and elegant on the finish.
