Fet a Mà 75cl.
Fet a Mà comes from Finca Collado, a historic family-run winery located in a 19th-century farmhouse in Salinas (Alicante, DO Alicante). Their philosophy centers on dry-farmed viticulture, the recovery of old vines in the Alto Vinalopó region, and minimal intervention winemaking that respects the Mediterranean character of the area. This elegant, limited-production red wine is made primarily with Monastrell grapes and a touch of indigenous varieties from the region. It is a wine born from historical research into the traditional winemaking methods of the region's ancestors, adapted to modern oenology.

Winemaking
Grapes: 90% Monastrell, 10% native varieties.
The production of Fet a Mà de Finca Collado wine follows a meticulous and artisanal process, respecting both the traditions of the Alto Vinalopó region and the unique character of its vineyards. The harvest is entirely manual and carefully selected, picking the grapes at their optimal ripeness. It comes from vines over 30 years old, primarily planted with the Monastrell variety, along with a small percentage of indigenous varieties (Garnacha, Bobal, and Forcallat) that were traditionally planted together in the same vineyard.
After destemming, fermentation is carried out with native yeasts to best preserve the terroir 's typicity. A balanced extraction is achieved through gentle pump-overs during maceration to extract color, structure, and aromatic compounds without adding astringency.
The wine spends 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels . This barrel size is key, as it allows for proper micro-oxygenation and imparts subtle spicy and toasty notes, without masking the freshness, fruit, and balsamic character characteristic of the Monastrell grape and its companions.
Finally, it is gently clarified and stabilized before a rested bottling process that completes the wine's development in the bottle before it goes to market.
