Drappier Rosé is a champagne from Drappier, one of the most prestigious wineries in the Côte des Bar. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 2 weeks at low temperature. Afterwards, a natural and complete malolactic fermentation takes place and it is not filtered. Finally, the bottling ages for 3 years in rhyme. Contains sulfites.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Pinot Noir.
To make Drappier Rosé, an alcoholic fermentation takes place for about 2 weeks at low temperature. Afterwards, a natural and complete malolactic fermentation takes place in the Pinot Noir vineyards with limestone soils. The must is used in the first pressing and with 3 days of maceration. Mechanical presses with weak pressure. Use of gravity in order to avoid transfers, which prevents oxidation.TASTING

Nose: Intense fruit and pastry aromas, lively and elegant.
Mouth: Full and vinous mouthfeel and a pleasant persistence.
Recommended temperature: 8º C.
