TASTING

Nose: On the nose, the opening bouquet is complex and bright, a mix of white flowers, citrus and stone fruits. The overall effect is enhanced by the freshness of anise and crushed mint. The final aromas offered by the wine begin to show spicy, woody and roasted notes.

Mouth: In the mouth, there is a complete balance between the nose and the palate. Its slim, minimalist, pure, toned and athletic character is now also expressed with warmth. The fruit is pronounced and clear. The characteristic acidity of the vintage is remarkably well integrated. Its persistence is mainly aromatic, gray, smoky and very promising.
