Winemaking
It is based on a white wine made with Macabeo grapes. On this wine base, maceration is carried out with a selection of natural botanicals, among the most notable are: orange, grapefruit, cardamom and bitter almond, in addition to other aromatic herbs and spices that complete the recipe.
After maceration, the vermouth is carefully balanced to integrate the characteristic sweetness, acidity and bitterness.
Finally, it is filtered and bottled, preserving all its freshness and aromatic expression.

It has a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections.
Nose:
Very aromatic, with a predominance of orange peel and grapefruit. Floral and herbal notes. Hints of cardamom, bitter almond and aromatic herbs.
Mouth:
Fresh, soft and balanced. The citrus flavors of orange and grapefruit stand out. Cardamom gives it an elegant spicy touch. It has a persistent and elegant finish, with hints of citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and a bitterness that invites you to continue drinking.
Food pairing
It is recommended to serve very cold, with two ice cubes and a slice of orange or an olive.
