Winemaking
Its production begins with high-quality sugar cane molasses, which is fermented and distilled in copper stills. Subsequently, the distillate ages for a minimum of five years in American oak barrels, where it acquires its golden color and develops aromas and flavors.
During this time. Costa Rica's tropical climate accelerates the interaction between rum and wood, favoring an intense and balanced maturation.
Before bottling, the master rum makers carry out a careful selection of barrels to maintain a constant profile in each batch.
Tasting notes

Light gold, bright and clean, with amber reflections that show its passage through the barrel.
Nose:
Soft and elegant aromas of vanilla and oak. Notes of honey and caramel. Memories of ripe tropical fruits and a subtle touch of toasted wood.
Mouth:
Smooth and silky entry. Medium bodied and well balanced with flavors of vanilla, caramel and honey. Wood provides structure without dominating the whole. With a pleasant finish with good persistence and delicate oak memories.
