PREPARATION
Grapes: Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo.
Aria Brut Nature is produced by the Champenoisse method at a very low temperature with own-grown yeasts, to achieve a more intense contact of these with the must, giving rise to very special aromas and flavors. Its minimum aging of 24 months gives it complexity.
TASTING
View: Straw yellow color with greenish tones. The bubble is medium in size, with regular, vertical detachment.
Nose: Medium aromatic intensity, fruity, citrus and floral fragrances; nuances of aging in which traces of yeast and subtle notes of fresh pastries can be appreciated.
Mouth: It has a certain density; persistent citrus notes are perceived until the end, between a good carbon and balanced acidity.
Recommended temperature: 6-8º C.
