Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada.
Rigol Brut Nature is a sparkling wine from the D.O. Cava, made by Caves Rigol from a wise combination of the three classic Catalan varieties, Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. It is a short-aged, fruity cava, with intense aromas of white fruit (apple) and citrus, herbaceous memories and delicate touches of aging. After the harvest and the vinification processes that Rigol Brut Nature carries out following the traditional method, this cava rests in the bottle for at least 15 months, at a constant temperature, in a vertical position so that the wine does not come into contact with the cork and protected from light.
TASTING
View: Pale color, bright trim and a marked citrus character of lime peel.
Nose: Subtle floral notes. With oxygenation it acquires more intensity: tropical tones, green pineapple and mango. Herbaceous anise and vine leaf buds.
Mouth: In the aftertaste there is a touch of spice and some hints of yeast. Subtle and fresh entry, with fun and playful bubbles, which gives us a medium body with a silky texture. It is accompanied by a slightly astringent note. Very refreshing finish with a medium aftertaste.
Recommended temperature: 5-6º C.
