PREPARATION

Grapes: Pinot Noir.

Raventós Rosell Rosé Brut Nature is made following the traditional method, the grapes are delicately pressed and macerated at cold temperatures, then the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, with the use of natural yeasts. The wine is stabilized, filtered and bottled, where the second fermentation takes place and it is aged for more than 15 months before being marketed and consumed. The vineyards from which the Pinot Noir grapes come are located less than 200 meters from the winery. Thanks to the proximity and a selection of the harvest at its optimal moment, they obtain a product of excellent quality. The Pinot Noir vines were planted in the late 1980s on a clay loam soil.

TASTING

View: Cherry color.

Nose: Intense aroma of red fruits where strawberry and raspberries stand out, with a very subtle floral background.

Mouth: In the mouth it presents a fine and sustained bubble, accompanied by a fresh entry that gains volume as it passes through the mouth, ending with a good balance between acidity and sweetness.
