PREPARATION

Grapes: Chardonnay.

The juvé & Camps Milesiméis made from the "flower must" of Chardonnay grapes, this cava has the exceptional character, refinement and complexity typical of the great vintages of this noble variety. This variety adapts to its terroir and expresses its magnificent characteristics. The average aging of this cava is 24 months in the bottle.

TASTING

View: Golden color with a superb foam. The multiple rosaries that form its very fine bubbles rise regularly to maintain an abundant and persistent crown.

Nose: Complex, elegant and intense. Almost immediately it evokes notes of fleshy fruits (peach and melon) and dairy memories. Little by little its aroma evolves, gaining intensity and complexity. Honey, grapefruit and toast are distinguished.

Mouth: On the palate it is exuberant. Its effervescence is intense and friendly at the same time, imbuing the passage through the mouth with a magnificent creaminess. Provided with a remarkable smoothness, it is powerful and fresh. It says goodbye with great aromatic persistence.

Recommended temperature: 7-8º C.
