Winemaking
Grapes: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
The Conde de Caralt Blanc de Blancs Brut cava is made following the traditional method and with native grapes. Disgorging is done by hand, and for fermentation they use thermoregulatable stainless steel tanks; Additionally, the processes are carried out by decantation and gravity. Aging in the bottle takes place for 15 months.
Tasting notes
View:
Straw yellow color with greenish tones and golden reflections. Abundant bubble with vertical and regular release.
Nose:
Reminiscent aromas of white flowers and dried fruits such as hazelnut; with notes of green apple and light toast.
Mouth:
Round, tasty, fresh, well-integrated carbon dioxide and medium persistent finish.
Recommended temperature: 6-8º C.
