The Agustí Torelló Mata Rosat Trepat cava is a rosé cava that shows a good fruit load, great freshness and directness as well as a well-integrated carbon dioxide. It goes wonderfully with appetizers, starters, fruits, fresh cheeses and puff pastry desserts. It is an organic cava, harvested by hand and vegan certified.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Trepat variety from the Ubac estate in Sant Joan de Mediona at 500 meters of altitude. Mountain viticulture.
Made with own yeasts: Vinified on the property from an 8-hour maceration and fermentation at 16ºC for 28 days. The yeasts with which it ferments are a selection from the same vintage, variety and estate to fully respect the expression of the Trepat grape variety and the characteristics of its soil of origin. It is aged in the bottle for 22 months with its lees in the cellars at a constant temperature of 17ºC.
TASTING
View: Cherry pink color of medium intensity. Clean and bright. Fine and persistent bubble, of medium evolution, with abundant formation of rosaries and dense crown.
Nose: Frank and fresh, with a predominance of wild fruits (strawberries) on a background of mint.
Mouth: Pleasant, with well-assembled carbonation. Varietal, fresh and complex, meaty and light. Pleasant aftertaste of medium intensity.
