Its production combines selected Scottish malts and prolonged aging to achieve a balanced profile between peat, the influence of oak and aromatic complexity. The base of the whiskey is made up exclusively of single malt Scotch whiskeys from different Scottish distilleries. As it is a blended malt, it does not incorporate grain whiskey.

Each of the malts is aged for a minimum of 12 years before blending. Aging is carried out mainly in American oak barrels that have contained bourbon, first filling barrels and refilling barrels.

After maturation, the different single malts are carefully blended to achieve a consistent profile. After assembly, the whiskey spends additional time in barrels so that the different components integrate and harmonize before bottling. Without cold filtering and without added colorants.

Nose:

Elegant and complex from the first moment. The peat appears integrated, leaving room for the sweet and fruity notes developed during the 12 years of maturation. Aromas of peat smoke, vanilla and vanilla cream are distinguished. heather, apple and pear honey. Notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and white pepper. Subtle reminder of sea breeze.

Mouth:

The entry is round and creamy, with an excellent integration between the smoke and the influence of the wood. On the palate, the elegant and well-balanced tuba, vanilla and butter caramel stand out. Hints of almond, toasted hazelnuts and ripe orchard fruits. Mild spices and a delicate saline touch that provides freshness. Long, warm and persistent finish, with fine and spicy smoke. Saline and slightly smoky persistence.
