PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay Made entirely with Chardonnay strain, from the four grands crus of the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger. In the production process, Billecart-Salmon sparkling wines are distinguished by having been subjected to a slower fermentation than conventional to favor more airy and delicate aromas, together with the mastery of the different winemaking temperatures that contribute to preserving their unique freshness, clarity and purity.TASTING
