Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Besserat de Bellefon Le Triple B 2013 is a cuvée resulting from the unique and very specific Champagne production method that has been perpetuated by Besserat de Bellefon since 1930, made with grapes exclusively from Vallée de la Marne, whose vineyards have an average age of 37 years. It consists of adding less “liquor de tiraje” (a mixture of sugar, yeast and must) at the time of bottling, which creates a lighter and more transparent effervescence formation. The mousse is soft, creamy and persistent. A distinctive feature of this Champagne is the absence of malolactic fermentation.
