Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
To make Abadía De San Quirceon arrival at the winery the bunch is destemmed and a manual grape selection is carried out. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26º-28ºC. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in a steel tank. It is aged for 12 months in French and American oak and between 18-24 months in the bottle to refine. Perfect expression and balance of fruit and minerality.
TASTING
View:
Intense cherry red color, clean and bright, with a medium-high layer
Nose:
It is powerful, frank, with notes of black fruits and spicy touches.
Mouth:
Broad, fatty, structured, with round tannins and a persistent and balanced finish. Roasted, cocoa and mineral notes predominate.
