Wint & Lila Gin 70cl.

 PRODUCTION

Wint & Lila is a London Dry gin made in Spain through a complex process of 5 distillations, in which 10 botanicals take part and are combined: juniper berries, coriander, angelica, angelica root, cinnamon, orange, lemon and lime peel, peppermint, and orange blossom. Its name refers to one of the main companies dedicated to maritime trade in the year 1646 in Cadiz.

Distillation is carried out without direct heat on stills, using the “bain-marie” system; in this way, a more delicate and slower process is achieved, where the essences of the different botanicals are extracted without being altered. After distillation, the different essences are left to rest for several weeks, before blending them and adding purified water.

 TASTING

Appearance: Transparent, clean, and bright.

Nose: Light and complex aromas, highlighting the combination of juniper with the freshness of peppermint and orange blossom.

Palate: Smooth and unctuous palate, refreshing and with a subtly herbal and citrus aftertaste.
