Win Crianza is a non-alcoholic red wine produced by the Emina Winery, D.O.Ribera del Duero. Iis a winery located in the heart of the Golden Triangle of the Ribera del Duero. This privileged location offers the winery the possibility of selecting the best grapes from the best vineyards in the area, which, together with the most innovative technology of the winery, will allow them to produce their excellent wines. It belongs to theMatarromera Group, a group of wine companies that have their origin in 1988, when Carlos Moro, with a long family tradition in winegrowing, decided to build his own winery, Matarromera. Currently the group is made up of wineries from 5 different denominations of origin, Ribera del Duero, Rueda, Rioja, Toro and Castilla León. Positioning itself, thus, among the most important wine groups in Spain.

PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
Win Tempranillo is a dealcoholized red wine produced by Bodega Win of Grupo Matarromera. The winery, after 10 years of R&D&I, has managed to market dealcoholized wines thanks to a system of rotating cones at low temperatures. The wine from Tempranillo from its own vineyards is molecularly deconstructed to rebuild all the organoleptic portions but with 0% alcohol. Suitable for anyone who cannot consume alcohol and also suitable for vegans. Made withTempranillo which, after manual harvesting, carries out a classic vinification by carrying out an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Once this fermentation is finished, the wine is dealcoholized and then undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
