Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Red Grenache and Pinot Noir. In Vol d'Anima de Raimat Rosado the harvest was carried out at night, taking advantage of the lower temperatures and quickly, to preserve the primary aromas. Only the first must of the pressing, the flower must, was used by tasting, under the press, to preserve the varietal elegance and not cause excessive extraction of the tannins. The musts were decanted at low temperature and the fermentations took place separately. The fusion of both varieties was then carried out by mixing the red fruits of Pinot Noir with the delicacy of Grenache, obtaining a subtle, elegant and complex wine in aromas.
TASTING

Attractive pale peachy pink color.
Nose:
Complex and elegant. Subtle aromas of red fruits appear (raspberries, strawberries) that intermingle with citrus notes that mark its freshness.
Mouth:
Wine of a unique personality; delicate, fresh, with good acidity and an explosion of fruity sensations.
