Navajero Rosado 2019 is a delicate wine with D.O. Rioja, of a particular pale pink color that is on the edge of the frontier of gray wines. It is made by Bodegas CVNE with a differentiated blend of Garnacha, Tempranillo and Viura grapes, which ensures maximum quality, aroma and full flavor of the fruit. His own name marks his character: He is romantic, brave, surprising and contradictory, like the character who represents him, common on the roads of Spain in the past. Perfect to take at any time and suitable for vegans. We can pair it with all types of fish, salads and fine pasta.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Garnacha, Tempranillo and Viura.
The production of Navajero rosé wine 2019 begins with the harvesting of the grapes, which is carried out at the ideal moment of ripening. Due to thermal fluctuations and small rainfall during the months of May and June 2019, the quantity of grapes was reduced, obtaining small, loose and less compact clusters, but increasing the quality considerably. Once the Garnacha, Tempranillo and Viura varieties enter the stainless steel tanks and after a few hours of maceration, gravity bleeding is carried out without mechanical pressing, to obtain a must that ferments for 20-25 days at a controlled temperature, always below 16º C. This allows the primary aromas to be kept intact. After a period of rest, you obtain a wine ready to go on the market.
TASTING
View: Attractive pale pink color with salmon reflections.
Nose: Elegant aromatic complexity with hints of stone fruit such as peach and apricot, intertwined with floral notes and red fruit backgrounds.
Mouth: In the mouth it has a sweet entry and an elegant mid-palate. Long and fruity aftertaste.
Recommended temperature: 8-10º C.
