Albariño Finca Casa Julia 2021 is the new white wine from Bodegas Hispano+Suizas and a rare avis in the Valencia area, since it is made only with the Albariño variety, being the first from Valencia with this variety. Very floral and fruity, with density and pleasant palate that, thanks to its good acidity, becomes refreshing and tasty. It is ideal to pair with seafood, fish, cured cheeses, vegetables, smoked meats, seafood rice or white meats. Awards and recognitions:

Description

PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Albariño.
For the production of Albariño wine Finca Casa Julia 2021 the best grapes from low-production strains from Albariño's own vineyards are selected. The grapes are harvested in special boxes in the morning, to keep them at a good temperature. Once in the winery, they are kept at -10ºC, destemmed and crushed. All the resulting grape paste is deposited in a stainless steel tank with a cooling system to subject the grapes to a cold film maceration (8º C). The grapes are then passed to the pneumatic press for light pressing and the extracted must is decanted statically for 24 hours and then the clean part is fermented in new American oak barrels at 16º C. Once the fermentation is complete, it is kept on the lees in exclusive Galileo tanks (spherical cement tanks with a radiant surface) until bottling.
TASTING
View: Yellow color with bright greenish reflections.
Nose: Very intense aroma, fruity and floral, complex, with a light oak background and very well integrated.
Mouth: Fruity, with an elegant palate, dense, full and with good final acidity and a very long aftertaste.
Recommended temperature: 12º C.
