Vieille France Brut Vintage 2007 Charles de Cazanove 75cl.
The maximum elegance of the History of Champagne that combines Heritage and Exception. Champagne Vieille France is synonymous with family and passion, and today reveals a unique know-how that has been carefully passed down from generation to generation. Born in 1860 in the Côte des Blancs, the Vieille France brand is the result of the desire to create the extraordinary with a blend of Grands Crus. It was in 2003 that the Rapeneau family acquired the estate, with the aim of revaluing it while respecting the vines and the terroirs. The quality of the vineyards and the excellence of the production methods used give Vieille France champagnes a heritage and an inimitable style created to sublimate the most beautiful moments. To perpetuate tradition, all Cuvées have the original and typical shape of the 18th century champagne bottle, called the "apple bottle". Winemaker Christopher Rapeneau won the prestigious IWC 'Sparkling Winemaker of the Year' award in 2017. Many of Charles de Cazanove's champagnes have won various awards. Awards and recognitions:

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 56% Pinot noir, 44% Chardonnay.
The 2007 vintage is very special, perfect climatic conditions for the ripening of the grapes and an exceptionally good year, especially for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Chardonnay reflects all its freshness and aromatic power. Vieille France takes champagne to a new level and with its long aging it becomes something very special. It is always fresh, since the house disgorges every 6 months. The grapes come from Grand Cru fields in the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs. Winemaking that carefully captures the different terroirs in thermoregulated steel tanks that maintain the freshness of the wine, then stored for at least 24 months to achieve perfect aromatic maturity
