Description
PREPARATION
Tomatin 12 Year Old whiskey is distilled in Scottish copper stills for subsequent aging in oak barrels and finishes its maturation process in Oloroso de Jerez barrels for a period that ranges between 6 and 9 months. The total aging time is a minimum of 12 years. Since 1897, the distillery has been producing quality single malt and blended Scotch whiskey in an area of stunning natural beauty that has rich whiskey-making traditions dating back to the 16th century.

Nose:
Aromas of wild heather, pine and cedar soon sweeten to reveal notes of caramel cream with apples, pears and mango. Full body and creamy finish.
Mouth:
Sweet and malty, reminiscent of cheesecake with dried apples, mango and fresh pears. Emerging notes of caramel cream. Creamy finish, with a fruity body that reminds us of its stay in the Sherry barrels.
