Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay. Taittinger Les Folies de la Marquetterie champagne is made with the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties from the Folies vineyard. A “green” harvest is carried out to achieve richness in sugar and optimal maturity. At the end of the harvest, only the juices of the Harvest (first pressing) are selected. Each plot is subject to small volume vinification, with some lots aged in oak barrels. Finally, it undergoes a slow maturation of 5 years in the bottle.TASTING
