The cuvée Taittinger Prestige Rosé is distinguished by its iridescent and intense color due to the secret of its composition: a magnificent blended rosé, with a delicate elaboration. This Champagne with a remarkable liveliness and elegance that reveals a subtle balance in the mouth with freshness and structure of red fruits, corset and velvety, also has an affirmed character that seduces with its incomparable iridescent and intense color, which is why it lends itself to tastings both at the beginning and at the end of an evening. PREPARATION
Grapes: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Taittinger Prestige Rosé is made with 15% still red wine, from the best Pinot Noirs of the Reims Mountain and Riceys, added to the final blend, which gives this vintage its incomparable color as well as its vibrant intensity on the palate. The strong proportion of Chardonnay (30%) that completes the blend, provides the elegance and delicacy that characterize the signature of Taittinger Champagnes.
TASTING
View: Intense and bright, it is bright pink. The bubbles are fine. The foam is persistent.
Nose: Broad and expressive and at the same time fresh and young. It gives off aromas of red fruits (freshly crushed wild raspberries, cherry, black currant).
Mouth: In the mouth a subtle balance between velvety and body is revealed. The flavors are reminiscent of fresh and crisp red fruits. Four words appear on the palate: lively, fruity, fresh, fiery as only a blended rosé can allow.
