Description
PREPARATION
Honjozo is a category of sake for which the rice grain used is previously polished up to 70% of its size. In the case of this honjozo from Akashi-Tai, the level of polishing of the rice grains of the Gohyakumangoku variety, grown in Hyogo, reaches 60%, resulting in a classic traditional-style sake, medium-bodied, tasty and rich in umami.TASTING
