Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Verdejo.
To make Ramon Bilbao Organic Verdejo 2021 a cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out, thus generating a greater release of varietal aromas. During the entire process, we work with inert gases, which allows the wines to be preserved, avoid contact with oxygen and achieve greater longevity. 20% is aged in French oak foudres on its lees.
TASTING
View:
Greenish yellow color, clean and bright.
Nose:
High intensity of citrus, with notes of orange blossom and herbaceous fennel. Presence of tropical aromas.
Mouth:
Fresh, with balanced acidity. Full-bodied and unctuous. Citrus and herbaceous fruits return in retronasal.
Recommended temperature: 7-9ºC.
