Pyla Des Vignies is a vodka filtered in ocean sand and produced in France, which expresses an attachment to a terroir, that of the Arcachon basin, Pyla vodka affirms this identity and has its origins in this timeless territory. Its name pays homage to the coastal city known for its majestic sand dune and its miles of wild coastline bordered by a pine forest.
Pyla des Vignes is a spicy spirit free of any additives, the result of the know-how of master assemblers who have brought out the best of the region's grapes for the pleasure of enlightened aficionados. Pyla des Vignes' eco-responsible commitment is also reflected in the choice of a bottle with simple lines composed of 100% recycled glass and a paper label with recycled organic fibers produced in accordance with the same requirements.
Designed by the Bernard group, a family of distillers since 1928. With their experience in brandy production in Europe, the group, based in Bordeaux, has created the recipe for this unique French vodka.

PREPARATION
Sourced from the Bordeaux terroir and vineyards that give birth to some of the world's most famous great wines, Pyla des Vignes is distilled exclusively from Gironde grapes. This distillation carried out still raises the alcohol concentration to 96% and generates a specific aromatic balance of the raw material of this vodka, therefore devoid of aggressiveness. The process of filtration of oceanic sand that he knows then indicates his affiliation with the Pyla dune. Pyla Des Vignies Vodka is made from pure French wheat whose fermented must is distilled in 5 stages to guarantee maximum purity. The vodka is filtered through ocean sand, which is taken from the Atlantic coast, at the foot of the Pyla dune. Finally, the alcohol level is lowered in successive stages with spring water coming from a deep groundwater of the Massif Central, dating back to the Eocene era (55 million years), extracted from the surroundings of Bordeaux, which is exceptionally neutral and with a very low mineral content. This method gives the vodka great purity and extraordinary flexibility. Designed by the Bernard family.
