 PRODUCTION

Puerto de Indias Pure Black is a gin handcrafted with alcohol from grains in Carmona (Seville), inspired by the Andalusian spring and designed for lovers of pure gin, thanks to its strong floral, citrus, and vanilla notes. All ingredients are carefully selected before moving on to the distillation stages in old copper stills.
The botanicals used are: Juniper (Juniperus communis), orange peel (Citrus x sinensis) and lemon (Citrus x limon), grapefruit (Citrus x paradisi), lime (Citrus x aurantifolia), and coriander (Coriandrum sativum).

It shares its presentation with the other Puerto de Indias gin varieties. It is a glass bottle composed of twelve faces and embossed inscriptions inspired by the symbolic Torre del Oro, a representative icon of Seville, which makes direct reference to the emblematic Puerto de Indias, one of the main ports for the exchange of goods between Spain and the New World, from which the brand takes its name.

 TASTING

Appearance:
Transparent and crystalline appearance.

Nose:
Strong aroma of juniper and citrus, with hints of selected raw materials such as jasmine and vanilla, as well as soft touches of orange blossom.

Palate:
Intense flavor of juniper and citrus, with notes of carefully selected ingredients such as jasmine and vanilla, as well as delicate notes of orange blossom. It has an intense and bitter finish, with a well-rounded character.
