Pesquera MXI 2018 is a fresh and fruity wine that ages in the winery in a very careful selection of different barrel formats with medium toasting and for a period of 14 months. This wine was born in 2016 as a new project, a wine made with dedication, love and respect for the land. Ideal to accompany rice with small game, carpaccio, grilled meat and some vine shoot chops.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
The Pesquera MXI 2018 wine is made within the municipality of Pesquera de Duero, facing south at an altitude of more than 800 meters. With an area of 200 hectares in total and a sandy loam soil. As for the harvest, the harvest was healthy and of exceptional quality. It is aged for 14 months in the winery, aging in different formats and a selection of barrels of different formats.
TASTING
View:
Clean and bright, cherry red color with a violet hue, purple reflections that indicate youth.
Nose:
It has a medium-high aromatic intensity with hints of red fruits such as raspberry and currant.
Mouth:
Fresh with a silky and very sweet mid palate, notable acidity and marked tannin that provides a long persistence on the palate. Final notes of vanilla typical of its aging in American oak. Recommended temperature: Serve between 12º - 14ºC.
