O Luar Do Sil Godello 75cl.
Its poetic name, O Luar do Sil, conveys the charm of the moon in the waters of the Sil, the great river of Valdeorras. From the municipality of Seadur, where the old vineyard plots from which O Luar do Sil is made are located, it is possible to observe, from 450 meters above sea level, the meandering of the aforementioned river. Its importance in the microclimate of this wonderful corner of land is one of the factors that, together with the deep clay soils settled on very fragmented granite rocks, allow O Luar do Sil to have a unique character.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Godello.
O Luar Do Sil is born from small vineyards on the granite slopes that express the mineral intensity of the Godello grape. This wine is its most direct production: the faithful reflection of the viticultural landscape and the most expansive and jovial entry of the variety. The result is all freshness, clarity and life, the pleasure of purity. After passing through a manual selection table, the clusters are completely destemmed and the grapes are brought to a temperature of 9 degrees to keep their aromatic qualities intact. After resting for four hours, it is transported to the press to, thanks to gentle pressure, obtain a must of excellent quality. Once fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, only the wine is bled, discarding the lees, and racked to rest until final bottling.
