 PRODUCTION

The Gin Nº 209 is handcrafted in small batches on the waters of San Francisco Bay, from the finest juniper berries from Tuscany, coriander from Romania, lemon from Guatemala, cassia cinnamon from Indonesia, and bergamot and orange from Calabria. These are the main ingredients of Gin Nº 209, which come from 4 continents to create the best gin in the world.

The botanicals mature in the still overnight. Slow steeping facilitates the extraction of the natural aromas of the botanical ingredients to achieve a bright and never bitter gin. It undergoes five distillations according to the Single Shot method, that is, using only one copper still. From this careful and detailed process comes Gin Nº 209, an emblematic gin of Distillery 209 and of the entire region of San Francisco, California.

 TASTING

Appearance:
Crystal clear.

Nose:
Citrus aroma, especially lemon and juniper, with an aromatic and very smooth touch.

Palate:
Somewhat sweet-and-sour on the palate. Notes of juniper, coriander, and lemon.
